MAINTENANCE LOG

Limited Warranty Scope

This warranty applies only to RACINGBROS suspension products installed by officially authorized RACINGBROS dealers. All dealers must complete professional installation training before performing installations or adjustments. Products bought from non-authorized dealers are not covered.

RACINGBROS carries product liability insurance coverage up to NT$10 million. To claim service, present a valid warranty card through your original purchasing dealer. The card must carry the authorized dealer's invoice or shop stamp dated at purchase, plus the installation date, to be valid.

With a valid warranty card, coverage is as follows:

• Air suspension (Bazooka / Air Cannon) — one free basic service within the first year of installation; extendable one more year after service.
• Air forks (Air Strike) — one-year product warranty; servicing at customer's expense.
• Spring suspension (Shicane / Bazooka HD) — two-year product warranty; servicing at customer's expense.
• Cartridge fork series (Scepter 25 / Marksman 33 UR Style) — one-year product warranty; servicing at customer's expense.
• Any RACINGBROS product serviced at the factory earns a one-year warranty extension.

Regular maintenance by the end user is required to keep performance and extend product life — that's what this log is for.

Warranty Limitations

Coverage does not apply in these cases:

1. Improper installation or adjustment not following RACINGBROS technical procedures.
2. Damage from collision, misuse, or use outside the specifications.
3. Products that have been modified or altered.
4. Serial numbers or product codes tampered with or removed.
5. Normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or non-recommended use conditions.
6. Damage caused by using non-RACINGBROS parts.
7. Incompatible, unauthorized, or inappropriate parts or accessories.
8. Damage from commercial or rental vehicle use.
9. Missing authorized-dealer invoice stamp on the warranty card.

Important Notes

1. The warranty card verifies product origin and records service history. Without it, no warranty or service is provided; uncarded products are returned at the customer's shipping cost.
2. All products ship to dealers with a warranty card; the dealer stamps it and fills the install date after installation.
3. Customers must confirm they receive a valid card after installation to stay eligible.
4. Lost cards may be reissued if the original dealer and product can be verified. After three failed verification attempts the product is flagged and excluded from future service.
5. For used products, confirm the original owner or dealer holds a valid card or knows the original dealer. Otherwise RACINGBROS may deny warranty and service.
6. RACINGBROS does not mediate secondhand transactions; disputes are between buyer and seller.
7. For secondhand install or adjustment issues, visit an authorized RACINGBROS dealer.

Card Reissue

Provide the serial number and original dealer info for verification; if verified, a replacement can be issued via any authorized dealer. Reissue cost is NT$300 + NT$150 COD shipping (NT$450 total). No reissue for products that were not legally purchased, or that were samples, giveaways, or test items, or where the original dealer cannot be verified.

Local Laws & Liability

This warranty grants specific legal rights; you may hold others depending on location. Where it conflicts with local law, it is read to align with that law. To the extent the law allows, RACINGBROS and its suppliers are not liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the obligations stated here. RACINGBROS reserves the right to interpret, modify, or update this policy at any time.
